Is Veffo only for catching spiders?

Veffo can be used to catch and remove spiders, bugs, insects, flies, wasps and bees. The principals are the same when catching any of them.

Veffo should not be used for dangerous, rather expert spider/ pest control professionals should be contacted.

How difficult is it to use Veffo?

Veffo is designed to be simple and easy to use. On occassions you may miss catching the spider. In which case you can try again.

As you gain experience using Veffo you will find catching spiders/ bugs/ flies even easier.

I have arachnophobia, will Veffo help me?

Veffo is useful for people with low to medium levels of discomfort when dealing with spiders, bugs and insects.

Veffo may not be suitable for those with high or severe levels of arachnophobia.

Shipping

Where is my confirmation email?

If you have haven't received a confirmation email, please check your junk mail. Occasionally, our emails may end up there. If you still cannot locate the confirmation email, please reach out to us at hello@veffo.com. We're happy to help.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping in the UK generally takes 3-5 days.

Do you ship to my country?

We generally ship to the UK.

If you are outside the UK, please contact Hello@veffo.com and we can look to arrange shipping to your country.

What does shipping cost?

UK shipping costs £2.99. This includes packaging and delivery.

Can I track my order?

Yes, our products are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Following this, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate.

Returns

Can I change or cancel my order?

Certainly! You can cancel or make changes to your order within 24 hours of confirmation. Please reach out to us at Hello@Veffo.com.

However, after the initial 24-hour window, your order will have been processed, and unfortunately, we won't be able to make any changes or cancel it. Thank you for your understanding.

How does the refund policy work?

We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy for items in new condition. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please ensure it is within this timeframe from the date of delivery. It's important to note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
